As I mentioned in this memory, my mother-in-law, affectionately known by all as Nanna, makes the most tremendous panzerotti. THe food ingredients are below, but 60 years of baking experience and expert touch also help.

Then you separate the batch into 250g panuzzi.

The next step is stretch and fill the panuzzi with your choice of ingredients. Nanna's staple is simply tomato sauce and mozzarella.
